Social Connection Heals
Modern society is experiencing a mental health crisis– one that impacts youth, older adults, and those from vulnerable communities especially hard. Social connection– especially between generations– heals the individual and communities according to the U.S. Surgeon General's 2023 Advisory.

In 2022, 42% of adolescents felt persistently sad and hopeless.

50% of individuals 60+ are at risk of social isolation.

LinkAGES Connects, established in 2018, prevents and reduces the loneliness and social isolation experienced by youth and older adults, especially those from vulnerable communities.
We design, sustain, and support high-quality intergenerational programs to connect generations, decrease ageism, and support healthier communities.
